How much water can the machine produce in a single day?AERstream GW Pro can produce up to 10 liters (2.6 gallons) of water per day, depending on the environmental temperature and humidity.

How often do the air filter and water filtration cartridges need to be changed?AERstream GW Pro is equipped with an activated charcoal air filter and a multi-stage water filtration system, consisting of three separate cartridges. To maintain optimal water quality, we recommend replacing both the air filter and the water filter cartridges every 2,000 liters. On your dashboard, a replacement light will appear letting you know to replace your filters. Can I change the temperature of the water?The machine automatically produces water at a temperature of 12–16°C (53–61°F). The real-time water temperature is also displayed on the machine's display panel.

Does AERstream GW machines have a power battery in case of an electrical outage?AERstream GW machine does not come with a built-in power battery. However, any portable power bank or power station with an AC outlet and a minimum output of 300W will work with the machine.
