AERstream does not accept returns, issue refunds, provide replacements, reimburse repair costs, or process warranty claims for products purchased from third-party sellers, unauthorized resellers, other brands, other manufacturers, or non-AERstream sales channels.

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including order number, purchase date, purchase channel, and product model, before any return, refund, replacement, or warranty request can be reviewed.
