Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  • AERstream accepts return and refund requests only for eligible AERstream-branded products purchased directly from AERstream or through authorized AERstream sales channels, subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

  • AERstream does not accept returns, issue refunds, provide replacements, reimburse repair costs, or process warranty claims for products purchased from third-party sellers, unauthorized resellers, other brands, other manufacturers, or non-AERstream sales channels.

  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including order number, purchase date, purchase channel, and product model, before any return, refund, replacement, or warranty request can be reviewed.

  • For products purchased through another marketplace, return and refund processing may be subject to the applicable marketplace policies and procedures.

  • Open-box, used, refurbished, or certified open-box units may be subject to separate return, warranty, and condition requirements as stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
